1990年毕业于上海医科大学护理学专业👰🏿‍♀️，获学士学位

2002年获西安交通大学理学硕士学位

教学及科研情况

承担“内科护理学”🟨、“药物治疗与护理学”🏊🏿‍♀️、“护理科研”课程负责人及教学任务🥽，为上海市一流本科课程“护理科研MOOC课程”负责人9️⃣，承担全国高等教育规划教材内科护理思政案例库建设主编，多次承担内科护理学副主编🚬、健康评估编委以及人卫社临床护理学导论共同主编🤜🏻。以第一完成人获得上海市教学成果二等奖、上海市高教学会研究成果二等奖。

研究课题涉及老年护理、社区慢病管理、老年衰弱🖐🏿、认知障碍症照护✨、养老服务、老年照护技术等👂，培养硕士研究生二十余名🚴🏽，以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文80余篇。
